Soulful

If you’re wondering how our friendship is so disgustingly perfect: It’s because we revel in our own sarcasm, we share a common disdain for rainbow sandals, we’re genuinely encompassed by all things HBO and Netflix Original Series, and we appreciate Tommy Wiseau’s khaki cargo pants equipped with built in zippers at the knees (see: “The Room”). Essentially, we are just two lost souls living in a fish bowl…but at least we’re together.

Tree People

It's always a pleasure wandering the outskirts of a middle school and snapping photos just before getting booted off the premises by a seemingly authoritarian teacher vexed with playground duty. If you've noticed how superbly fitted this faux suede jacket is, I stumbled upon it at the boys section of Zara... apparently my body type is the equivalent to that of an 11-12 year old boy. Such is life.

Flower Power

Apparently, California does not believe in winter weather and I am not complaining. While half the country is covered in ice, I can prance around in one of my favorite open back flower printed maxi dresses. I got this pretty thing while browsing through the sale racks of Urban Outfitters (it was one of those extra 50% off days so I couldn't pass it up). I love the all over flower print and the subtle-sexy (I'm claiming that word forever) the open back and side slit lend to the dress.

Orange Circle Daze

Happy Valentine's day all! Here is the first official post of ze blog. Christine and I spent a pretty awesome afternoon strolling around Orange Circle. There are a ton of vintage stores to browse and some yummy eats around every corner.
